If you want to cut down,

you're in the right place.

While sobriety may be a noble goal (and many of my clients do end up quitting for good eventually!), I believe that every drink not drunk and every bit not used matters, too.

The Sober(ish) Online Course will teach you how to reduce your use to a level you're truly comfortable with, without shaming you into thinking that, somehow, you should do more than you're already doing.

My content is rooted in an empowering harm reduction stance especially geared towards women and members of marginalized communities.

I believe that you're the expert on your situation, and I'll respect your process and celebrate your progress.

This course will teach you:

  • Why you're doing what you're doing
  • That willpower is an outdated concept
  • How to make positive changes to your using behaviour
  • How to make empowered choices in life and relationships
  • The permanent mindset shift you've been hoping for
